The workouts with Dan are only 45 minutes and are quick and effective (the best combination!). He also offers a nutrition plan designed by the Dangerously Fit nutritionists where they’ll teach you how to eat properly for your body (don’t worry it won’t be one of those silly starve yourself diets).
