Dulwich Hill's corner block resident is the perfect mix of charming, comfortable and, of course, delicious. Whether you’re stopping by for coffee or lunch you’ll feel at home at this Sydney cafe, especially when there’s a veggie patch out the back. And with a timber-clad outdoor area that puts our garden sheds to shame, it’s the perfect space to while away your woes and enjoy the sunshine.

The menu is creative and focuses on organic produce that is constantly evolving. The gingerbread and caramelized banana pancake with salted date butter manages to balance the salty-sweet divide just perfectly whilst their burger featuring a juicy patty made from grass fed Cape Grim beef is all kinds of awesome. There also plenty of delicious treats to go along with your cuppa. Both made on site as well as sourced from Penny Fours, it’s the perfect amount of sweet to your day.

If you’re the type of person who likes to try a little bit of everything, the grazing share menu available from 4pm was made for you. At just $12 each you can sample the fried chicken followed by the baby kale salad with watermelon before indulging in the ultimate comfort food: mac & cheese. Or if you’d rather not decide, simply pick the chef’s selection of 6 plates for $49.

And at Dear Delicious, everyone is invited (including those of the four-legged variety). The little ones will be kept happy with colouring books and tubs of crayons to be taken advantage of and you can’t forget the kids menu for even the fussiest of foodies.
