The breakfast menu focuses on classics done right (think bacon and rolls, omelettes and home made beans) and lunch is all about the sanga. From the earth sanga (with baba ganoush, capsicum, pumpkin, rosti, cabbage and roast cashews) to the black caramel ham sanga (with Dijon mayo, pickles, cheddar and smokey BBQ glaze), you have to try each one at least once (if not twice).
