The verdict

This classic Surry Hills pub has had a facelift, and boy does it look good. Headed up by Maurice Terzini (Icebergs and Da Orazio) and his team, the space is modern and bright, providing three different spaces for guests: a Dining Room, a Wine Room and a Public Bar with an open-air terrace.

On the food menu you'll find modern Italo-Australian food created by Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic, the Dining Room's Head Chef Dan Medcalf and the Wine Room's Head Chef Sam Cheetham. And, of course, a Wine Room wouldn't be complete without wine and James Hird (2015 Sommelier of the Year) will be bringing the goods when it comes to a fine drop. For those looking for cocktails and spirits, you won't be forgotten with an extensive selection of classics, pre-batched cocktails and unique local spirits.
