The Verdict
Dragoncello, meaning tarragon in Italian, is one very cool Surry Hills restaurant and bar. Alluding to its name, Dragoncello offers an innovative dining experience, where all food and drink is curated with herbs harvested straight from the garden. Chef Roy McVeigh has skilfully designed each dish with a delicate balance of flavours, for example the potato chip cake with sour cream snow, salted caramel and pear.
With rustic modern interiors, an extensive wine list and cosy atmosphere, this intimate fine dining restaurant is the perfect destination for your next date night.
