The verdict
Duck Duck Goose is challenging everything we know about kid-friendly cafes in Sydney. Inside you’ll find a super cute play area to keep the kids occupied while you sit back, relax, enjoy the amazing coffee and browse the menu – which, by the way, is amazing.
The sweet potato pancakes with crispy beechwood smoked streaky bacon are for those who can never decide between sweet and savoury breakfasts. The kids menu will have them begging you to go back, with everything from toasties to duck pancakes on offer. When they start to pester you about wanting ice-cream, it’ll be hard to say no with the Mr Goaty Gelato on offer (getting a serve for yourself wouldn't be a bad idea either).
DDG are also open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and we suggest going in on a serving of their Korean spicy fried chicken and chicken liver parfait.
