Long live bread at Dust, Tramsheds’ only bakery meets pizzeria meets mill. From pizza and cake to pastry and scrolls… you name a bread-like creation and they’ve probably got it.
With the aim of re-positioning bread at the heart of our tables, every item on Dust’s menu has bread at its core. Using one of Sydney’s only onsite stone mills, the grains are ground daily to produce only the freshest flour for any true carb lover.
