The Verdict

No matter where you’re located in Sydney, Easy Lane will always be worth the trip. The restaurant gives off a rustic vibe with rooms filled with communal tables and dozens of ferns hanging from the ceiling (indoor jungle, anyone?). The best part? This little gem is tucked inside Windsor RSL and we’re absolutely here for it.

Their menu is filled with all the classic pub staples with massive burgers, pizzas and steaks all making a delicious appearance. These guys also churn out vegan and gluten-free options so you’ll definitely be able to bring the entire group chat to this one.

The treat menu here should be on anyone’s foodie bucket list with warm ricotta donuts served up with dulce de leche and chocolate mousse plus, a pumpkin pie ravioli popped alongside god’s gift to earth: maple and bourbon ice-cream.

On the dranks-front, you’re in for quite a show so we suggest you get comfy. These guys have a solid tap list and a tipple hoard with all the staples but it’s the cocktail line-up that’ll reallyyyy have you frothing like a kid in a candy shop. We’re talking bubblegum and passionfruit sours, a caramelised pineapple margarita and share-jugs literally served up in a fishbowl.
