A vibrant and laid-back diner packed with Southeast Asian flavours, Easy Tiger is serving up a fun and affordable experience perfectly suited to its beachside location in Bondi.

Head chef Andrianto Wirya (formerly at Queen Chow and Mr Wong) is combining his Indonesian heritage with the flavours of Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines in a menu that has favourite dishes spun into fun creations like beef rendang party pies, Balinese babi guling suckling pig bao buns with sambal, and prawn rolls with lemongrass and chilli mayo.

A $42pp banquet menu offers choices for feeding a crowd, with a selection of crowd-pleasing dishes to choose from.

With the space also serving as the base for beer brand Bondi Brewing Co and its fermenting tanks, customs beers like Asian-inspired rice beers and light, crispy styles to complement the Asian cuisine are on tap, plus cocktails like a Kaya Colada (light rum, pineapple rum, coconut cream, kaya jam, pineapple and salt) and an all-Australian wine list.

Since transitioning from pop-up venue Rancho Seltzo, the space has been given a slight makeover thanks to splashes of rust and blue and floating lanterns, with terrazzo and oak tables inside with room for 70, a few communal tables overlooking the kitchen space, and more relaxed bar seating outdoors perfect for summer drinks and snacks with a beachy breeze.
