Eat Fuh
The verdict
Insanely popular farmer’s market regular, Eat Fuh, has finally become a brick and mortar restaurant and if the lines of fuh-natical fans (see what we did there?) have anything to say about it, they're here to stay. They specialise in authentic Vietnamese pho in Sydney, with both beef and chicken options served from their gigantic pot of pho.
There are also non-pho menu items, including the wok tossed lemongrass beef or chicken noodle salad and they're happy to make dishes vegan for Sydney’s herbivores. They’ll even throw in extra vegetables for free, if you ask nicely. Worth noting is that Eat Fuh is BYO, so pick up your favourite bottle on the way, so you can sip while you slurp.
