The Verdict
Brought to you by one of Sydney's best cocktail bars, Eau de Vie, Apothecary is a more intimate experience for those who are all about the cocktails. There are only a few exclusive places for their four signature cocktail degustations, which is a good thing because you'll want to watch your drink being made. True to its name, there are plenty of instruments, syrups and smokiness (no really, there's a Black Forest Smokehouse bacon bourbon), which all add to the experience.
