Ela Ela, set inside revamped CBD pub The Bristol, brings Greek hospitality to the Sydney CBD with a menu that transforms Greek classics with a focus on wood grilling.
Their WA fire-roasted scallops with eggplant and taramasalata, twice-cooked ‘drunken’ pork belly and zucchini fritters served with feta, mint, spring onions and lemon are favourites, alongside saganaki cheese with poached figs, Metaxa and sesame, and dolmades-inspired stuffed mussels.
Ela Ela's set menus, from $60, are also a great way to try the variety of goodness their menu has to offer, and there's an express lunch menu, available Tuesday–Thursday, for just $39pp.
