The verdict
They say when one restaurant door closes another opens, as is the case for the team at Rockpool Est. 1989, closing it's doors to open the new kid on Sydney's restaurant block, Eleven Bridge.
You can expect the same premium, sustainable produce that Rockpool built it’s reputation on, with an a la carte style menu featuring winter comforts like chestnut and Jerusalem artichoke pie with barigoule sauce and lighter dishes like the Blue Mountains wagyu tartare with apple, Chinese cabbage, pine nuts and sesame. Diners rest assured, you can trust Eleven Bridge to live up to the high standards set by Rockpool Est. 1989 with the current team staying on at the new restaurant. You'll even be able to feast on some of your old favourites along with new and exciting dishes.
