Having charmed Mudgee with its award-winning, adults-only wilderness retreat, the Sierra Escape crew brings their signature slice of serenity to Sydney.

Escape Bathhouse is landing on Sydney’s North Shore in Spring 2025, and it's shaping up to be a very stylish excuse to disappear for a few hours.

Housed inside the heritage-listed, Spanish Mission-style Seymours building, the 320-square-metre wellness sanctuary will sprawl across two peaceful levels.

Downstairs, you’ll find a hot mineral pool stretched out next to a booze-free wellness bar, with a steam room, infrared saunas, ice baths and massage treatment rooms creating a zen zone upstairs.

Founders Cameron and Tasch D’Arcy say the goal is simple: give Sydneysiders a space to reset, reconnect, and actually relax.

"After the success of Sierra Escape, we knew we wanted to bring that experience to a broader audience," says Tasch. "The North Shore is the perfect location for us to create a sanctuary where wellness and connection are at the forefront, allowing our guests to reset, rejuvenate, and experience the power of self-care in a social and intimate environment."

This chic wellness haven will be the first of its kind on the North Shore—and if Sierra Escape’s success is anything to go by, Escape Bathhouse is about to become your new weekly ritual.
