Thanks to Chef Drew Bolton from Double Bay’s Vine, you can expect French-Australian cuisine made to tickle those taste buds of yours with seasonally-inspired dishes. Think clay-baked chicken with asparagus and truffle potato puree or the pork with fermented apple and hibiscus sauce which is, just quietly, almost too pretty to eat.
We’ve got our eye on the Parisian-style ‘plat du jour’ dish which will change weekly and give you change from a 50 and in fine-dining land, that’s not half bad.
