A hidden gem of Balmain tucked away just off of the water’s edge, Euphoria is the perfect Saturday brunch spot with its relaxed vibes and calming, neutral interior. On a sunny day you have the option to sit outside with views of our fair city and the Harbour Bridge in the distance.
On the food front, you can stick with the classics and go for the eggs benny, either with crispy wood-smoked American bacon, on a bed of baby spinach, or the smoked Atlantic salmon, served with roma tomatoes, house-made hollandaise sauce and grilled sourdough. Or if you fancy something a little sweeter, order the organic berry bircher muesli, made with oats, nuts, fruits and seeds, and served with premium natural yogurt and blueberry compote.
