Fabbrica Newtown

Fabbrica has arrived in Newtown, bringing its celebrated pasta and wine to the social hub of the Inner West. This 70-seat venue has a mix of banquette seating, high-top tables, and sun-dappled spots under skylights, creating an inviting atmosphere seven days a week.

The menu features Fabbrica's famous zucchini flowers with ricotta and hot honey plus their beloved cacio e pepe, and mafaldine with prawns and ‘nduja.

New dishes like like tonnarelli with vongole and bottarga and a kingfish puttanesca are exclusive to the Newtown restaurant, and sweet tooths can indulge in Sicilian brioche con gelato (a collaboration with Mapo Gelato), and a hazelnut tiramisu. 

The drinks list offers a selection of over 200 wines (focusing on minimal intervention Australian and Italian drops), or refreshing cocktails and Italian-style aperitivo sips, served from the 10-metre-long bar.
