Fountain Potts Point

The verdict

Potts Point has a new all-day eatery, where you can start your day with a coffee, spend the afternoon eating your weight in delicious deli-style food and round out the afternoon with a cheeky bev. Yes, this is definitely the kind of place where you should settle in and stay a while.

The menu ticks all of the boxes, with their own take on a few brunch classics, like the Fountain duck fat hash, piled high with avocado, bacon, tomato salsa, cheddar and a soft poached egg, and the super healthy egg white omelette, available until 3pm. If you head here for lunch, in search of something more substantial, then you’ll want to order the lamb shoulder pappardelle ragu, the Reuben sandwich, or the eye fillet steak with smoked mash, confit mushroom, broccolini and caramelised onion.

The drinks menu also covers all the bases, with offerings ranging from cold pressed juices and espresso to allllll of the wines and cocktails. We must tell you though, that the wine bar is currently closed but don't panic! It'll re-open in November, just in time for summer sessions.
