FoxFit

FoxFit is a female-only gym with luxe equipment, a cool cherry red warehouse aesthetic, and a neat lineup of tailored group training classes like HIIT, floor-based Pilates, and strength. 

Originally from Melbourne, FoxFit Redfern is the first FoxFit outpost to arrive in Sydney. The gym is loved by Melbourne's most glamorous, like Rozalia Russian, Bec Harding, and Abbey Gelmi. 

The Redfern studio features two purpose-built training rooms. The HIIT room is designed for female-tailored grid and treadmill training, strength endurance, and floor-based Pilates.

Meanwhile, the Strength Room is kitted out with everything you need for resistance hypertrophy-based training, as well as a personal training area. Both rooms feature state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. 

There's also a hydration station with filtered water, complimentary towel service, and luxurious shower facilities decked out with the full suite of Dyson hair stylers. 

A Foundation Membership will set you back $65 per week, and includes unlimited weekly access and no minimum term contract. Class packs are also available if you're keen to try it out first.
