Fratelli Fresh is a household name when it comes to fresh produce and Italian fine foods, and it’s developed quite the cult following. So, it's no surprise their Walsh Bay venue is hailed as the go-to destination for a deliciously bona fide Italian experience in Sydney. 

Head Chef, Gabor Denes, says he has one goal: To offer guests a genuine Italian experience without having to leave their home town. And he’s totally nailed it. A nod to Italy’s rustic and simplistic approach to cooking, Fratelli Fresh's menu is both hearty and ultra-delizioso. Their ever-evolving menu has everything from cheesy pastas (hello lobster spaghetti and penne with lamb ragù) to drool-worthy pizzas, like their famed capricciosa and quattro formaggi. And it’s not all cheese and carbs (although, who’s complaining?!). Fratelli Fresh continues to deliver the goods no matter what the season. Expect the finest pressed olive oils, scrumptious veggies, fresh salads and decadent Italian desserts to accompany your moreish mains all year round. 

Oh, and did we mention they have a $5 (not a typo) happy hour from 4pm 'til 6pm during the week, which includes margherita pizzas, espresso martinis, Aperol spritz and negronis? You're welcome. The incredible happy hour is available across Fratelli's eight venues, and is definitely worth a pop in. 

Whether it’s a lazy luncheon, dinner date or just an excuse to get the gang together (like you need one), Fratelli Fresh Walsh Bay doesn’t discriminate against days of the week and is open every day ending with a y.
