The Verdict
In 1799, John Macarthur bought Pyrmont for a gallon of rum. Named in homage of Pyrmont’s colourful history, Gallon has become a local institution and has recently seen the addition of a swanky new courtyard, dubbed the Stables. The menu is a mix of pizzas, share plates and hearty salads that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.
