The verdict
Gin & It is the newest pop-up bar to grace Wulugul Walk in Barangaroo specialising in (you guessed it) gin. Set inside a shipping container, owners Mikey Enright and Petr Dvoracek (of The Barber Shop) have created a bar especially for gin lovers. The main event is the often-forgotten cocktail Gin & It, which is a sweeter take on a martini and with a 180-strong selection of gins behind the bar, we won’t blame you for ordering multiple cocktails (or getting overwhelmed by the extensive selection).
There is also a comprehensive wine and beer list for anyone who isn’t in the mood to hit the hard liquor.
