The verdict
Luke Mangan’s glass brasserie sits proudly within the Hilton Hotel in the CBD. The expansive dining room is perfect for an indulgent long lunch or a special dinner, and the bar is a great spot to enjoy a few of their 440 strong wine list (although we don’t suggest trying to get through all of them in one sitting).
Do yourself a favour and try Luke Mangan’s signature dishes which includes the free range omelette with sweet snow crab or the pan fried gnocchi with corn and asparagus—they’re down right delicious.
