The verdict
You might have heard of Glenorie Bakery on channel nine's Today show, its chef and founder, Rob Pirina having appeared to teach viewers the Mediterranean art of sauce, revealing his Italian passata that is used in pizza, pasta, seafood, soup, and rice and handed down from his grandmother, Nonna Nancy Pirina.
That same sauce is used in a lot of the products from Glenorie Bakery, which was originally established by Rob's father in 1994, and has been voted Business of the Year, Sydney's Number One Sausage Roll, and New South Wales' Number One Pie.
You'll also find quiches, fresh sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and focaccias, sweet treats (cronuts, cupcakes, and eclairs) and cheese, fruit, and antipasto platters.
