The verdict
Pinbone are making a comeback in Sydney, with their newest venture in Kensington, Good Luck Pinbone. And oh how we loooove Chinese food, especially when Jemma Whiteman and Mike Eggert are involved, who are using their Billy Kwong training to bring fun, fresh and tasty food back to Sydney’s South East.
The menu boasts dishes like the Chinese greens and chicken wings glazed with honey, and did we mention it’s BYO? The interior is simple, with the colour palette inspired by the streets of Hong Kong–think pale pinks with splashes of red. The lease is short (only 18 months), so you’ll want to get there ASAP, obviously.
