Some things in life just go together—fondue and burgers are two of those things. Head chef Carlo Colucci has answered all of our cheese-filled dreams by pouring their decadent truffle fondue (there’s also a blue cheese version if that’s more your flavour) over their beef burger. Genius really, and just quietly, the grilled grass-fed Black Angus beef patty already had our attention, so this covering of oozy goodness is nearly too much for our bellies to handle.
