It's not called Greenheart Espresso for no reason: the interior of this cosy inner-city Sydney café is tiled a vivid shade of the colour, distinctly marking it from the surrounding run-of-the-mill establishments.
Run by couple, Fiona Bloomer and Andrea Vagge, Greenheart Espresso prides itself on fast, good coffee and a daily-changing menu of delicious, healthy breakfasts and lunches—highlights have been chorizo, roast red onion and rosemary focaccia; organic red quinoa with roast beetroot, zucchini, eggplant, peas, thyme and toasted coconut; and roast vegetable sandwiches.
