The verdict

This Paddington fine dining restaurant will have you saying "oui oui" in no time. Nestled in the historic Darcy’s building, Guillaume offers elegant, produce-driven plates of seasonal goodies, including a mighty fine Sunday long lunch. Each dish looks as though it's walked right off a magazine shoot (which is a good job, because they've actually been featured in one!). 

Unlike many a fine dining establishment, head chef Guillaume Brahimi has kept the menu flexible, so if you just want to wander on in on for a Royale of Asparagus with truffle and mud crab (as you do), then you absolutely can, and no one is going to fuss or give you disapproving looks.
