The Verdict
If you go to the Eating World food court, there will be a long line at one little shop front, and that will be Gumshara. Known for being some of the best ramen in Sydney, the tonkotsu ramen is the go-to dish here that has earnt them a cult following, the collagen filled broth super porky, thick and rich.
There are options to add soft boiled eggs or chilli bombs, and there is also miso ramen available for those who like something a little lighter.
