Gyuniku offers a 1.5-hour, all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ experience in the heart of Haymarket, featuring high-quality meats, a self-service sushi bar and a DIY frozen yoghurt station.

The 110-seat restaurant captures the essence of a traditional yakiniku house, thoughtfully designed with 30 BBQ stations and 25 tables to welcome groups of any size.

Providing a modern buffet twist on classic Japanese BBQ, Gyuniku’s self-service model lets diners choose items to grill at their table, giving them the freedom to enjoy the meal at their own pace.

The extensive menu is designed to share and boasts premium offerings, with unlimited top-tier cubed Wagyu MB9+ sourced from Japan, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu MB 7–9 cuts, and highly marbled short ribs. Other options include marinated chicken and seafood selections, and a sushi spread with endless rolls, sashimi and nigiri constantly stocked by skilled sushi chefs.

There's also a hot and fried food area, plus a selection of cold accompaniments like wakame salad, complete with a variety of sauces to customise your meal.

For dessert, the DIY fro-yo station is a must-visit with loads of toppings, including mochi, tapioca pearls, chocolate and fruit jelly, making for the perfect post-feed treat.

The 90-minute all-you-can-eat experience is available in various packages starting at $45.90 for adults for the buffet, and $53.90 for Japanese barbecue meats.
