Sydney’s first wood-fired pizza food truck is at it again. They’ve teamed up with the makers of delicious (and beautiful) café food, Flower Child, launching a brand spankin’ new café in the CBD, aptly named Happy as Larry.
The takeaway menu is taking on the go food to the next level, featuring anything from killer bacon and egg paninis, to Italian vegan bowls (we’re intrigued), and of course, their signature pizzas and pasta will be there. But more about the brunch—our top picks for dine-in dishes is the house baked granola with fresh fruit and pannacotta and the burnt butter eggs benny (we know, it’s obviously delish).
For lunch, you’ll want to get stuck into all of the carbs—Italian-style. There’s a Tasmanian crispy skin salmon, served on an open squid ink lasagne that’s topped with spicy chilli jam and a creamy cauliflower puree and plenty of topping combos on their Neapolitan pizza menu.
They plan to serve wine in the near future, so stay tuned for that, because this place is about to get even better. In the meantime, they're also delivering their delicious food between 10am and 9pm, so get on that.
