The Verdict
The best thing about this Darlinghurst restaurant and bar is that it stays open late, very late. And it’s no secret that the 5am closing time makes Henrietta’s a hotbed for locals. The food is classic British, with much-loved flavour combinations like seared scallops and black pudding, or rhubarb and ginger. The drinks menu, on the other hand, has all the classics with plenty of hard liquor to keep us well hydrated.
