Harnessing hawker style, Ho Jiak brings Malaysian street food to Sydney. From rotis and rice to sambal, laska and nasi lemak, the menu is all about authenticity. Even the fit-out of the space would fit right in with Penang eating centres.
Junda Khoo and William Xie pride themselves on reproducing recipes that have been passed down for generations. A passion project of sorts, the aim of the game is to bring a fondness to flavor combinations not found in the Sydney food market.
