The verdict

Some of the world’s best baked cheese tarts have finally landed in Australia and it needs to go on your hit list for this weekend ASAP. Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts have been plating them up to hungry locals in Kuala Lumpur for years and thanks to the team over at Papa Rich, you’ll be able to nab one too. If you're already a fan of the tarts, then you might be in for a slight, barely-there amount of disappointment because the formula is being shaken up slightly, featuring Australian-only cheeses. We're more than okay with the change though, because us Australians definitely know our way around dairy, that's for damn sure.

But what’s the best part about these tarts filled with cheese? We’ll tell you. You can have them hot. You can have them cold. You can have ten. However you want to take your cheese tart, it’s totally up to you. As we always say, when it comes to cheese, you should always do you.

As if the O.G. Hokkaido tart isn't enough, you can now wrap your laughing gear around their chocolate creation with a savoury sweet pastry filled with delicious chocolate goodness and finished with crushed almonds on top.
