The verdict
One of the best Chinese restaurants in town, Hung Cheung has attracted a cult following amongst Sydney foodies. The daily yum cha attracts a large queue, which often spills around the block. If you manage to get a seat be sure to sample the BBQ pork buns, pork san choi bao, soup dumplings and tripe in black bean sauce (if you're game!), you won't be disappointed.
