Endlessly searching Sydney for the ultimate triple threat? Well, we’ve found it! Enjoy an afternoon at Huxley’s sports bar where the three fundamental principles of beer, burgers and sport are well and truly covered. Huxley’s is entertaining Caringbah locals with an authentic American style diner. The decor is straight out of NYC with a little southern kink thrown in. There is certainly no shortage of ribs and wings flowing amongst the lengthy list of creative ways to rehydrate including alco shakes (milkshakes for big kids). We're ordering the Oreo & Co for obvious reasons.
If you opt for a plant-based diet, don't fear because there's plenty of vegetarian fare in the form of braised black bean nachos and mushroom burgers. It's all about balance at Huxley’s.
