The Verdict
Inspired by the breezy lifestyle and vibrant architecture of Cuba, Hyde Hacienda Sydney Bar + Lounge is located in the Pullman Quay Grand at Sydney Harbour. Its prime waterside location isn’t wasted with jaw-dropping indoor-outdoor architecture featuring large windows and uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge.
Drawing inspiration from North, Central and South America, the food and drink offering is perfectly suited, with an ever-changing cocktail menu, snacks like jamon serrano with melon and basil, and a chilled seafood platter with raw tuna, local prawns, poached crab salad and classic cocktail sauce to pair with your harbour views.
If it's a celebration with 10–30 guests, opt for the HYDE Your Way menu for $120pp to enjoy two hours of bottomless Aussie sparkling and pinot gris with a share-style menu including tuna ceviche tacos, pork belly baos, four-cheese arancini and more.
