A dream come true for coeliacs and those with wheat allergies, the Imperial Gluten Free Bakery is dedicated to all things satisfying – bread, cakes, biscuits and pastries – minus the wheat. Owner Joseph Maroun, a baker of 16 years experience, devised the range of goods for the growing number of people who can't eat the dreaded grain.
