Boasting a rooftop urban garden full to the brim with seasonal herbs and organic vegetables, you know you're in good hands. Head Chef Jason Dean (think Bentley and Est.) has taken the venue's historic Italian roots to bring us a modern, light menu, featuring Australia's best produce. Think scallop carpaccio and cured wagyu tartare to start and roasted lamb rump and crispy skinned duck breast to end.
