J&M is an intimate whisky bar that's opened in the historic Angel Hotel in Sydney's CBD. A tribute to the late John Hemmes, this chic bar is located at the House of Merivale fashion outlet and has the décor to match - including bespoke haberdashery cabinets that are full of the ingredients that make up the Chivas Regal showcase they have launched with.
