Jugemu & Shimbashi
Combining two of our Japanese loves, teppanyaki and soba noodles, Jugemu and Shimbashi offer a handmade offering for both. Their Osaka-style okonimyaki and hand made soba are a must, but don't expect to have to catch anything with your mouth, because every morsel is far too good for a chance to land on the floor! The organic soba are made from hand-milled buckwheat flour from Tasmania, milled fresh for every batch. Now that's dedication.
