One trip to Kürtősh will make you realise, perhaps for the first time, how much you love Hungarian food.

This eclectic Sydney cafe is named after a traditional pastry famously known as a chimney cake, made of a caramelised crispy outer with soft inner walls, which is sold at street stands all over Hungary.

Launched in 2011 by a team of three men, it's advisable to visit Kürtősh on an empty stomach, as your eyes and nose will have you wanting to try everything.
