The Verdict
Pla Rojratanavichai has some serious kitchen credentials, spending time at Ms. G’s, Mr. Wong and Spice I Am before opening up his own Thai venture in Chatswood. The snug space is constantly busy with people getting their fix of stir fried pork belly, chargrilled baby octopus and heavenly sweet and sour pork ribs that have earnt themselves a cult following. Add some 90’s hip-hop playing in the background and you’ve got a fun restaurant serving standout Thai food.
