Kitchen by Mike is finally returning to Sydney and single-handedly making sure that we no longer have to order terrible, overpriced food at the airport. Set to launch in February 2017, Kitchen by Mike will be serving up healthy, hearty and delicious food and as you’d expect from Mike, the menu will be changing constantly according to what’s in season. If you’re one of those people who always plans to pack food for a flight and then never does (guilty), then you’re in luck, because you’ll also be able to pick up a made to order, packed lunch to go.
The menu will also feature local wines, including a house red from McClaren Vale and the house white from Mudgee and non alcoholic beverages as well, if you’re not in the mood. He’s even thrown in a few souvenirs, with Mike’s range of jams, chutneys and sauces available to purchase. It’s official, the airport is cool now guys.
