Great coffee goes beyond a great barista and café, which is just a bonus at Knight’s Coffee & Tea Co. in Haymarket. Owner Jake Knight combines passion and understanding to deliver sublime coffee everytime, a credit to his training and experience from Toby’s Estate.
A business graduate from UTS, the coffee shop is conveniently located between his alumni university and the Devonshire tunnel of Central station. The CBD café has a Newtown feel with a wide range of beans and coffee types, whether it be Campos Gold Series or Aeropress.
