The verdict
Market City has just welcomed a brand new Korean BBQ into the mix as part of the impressive 1909 Dining Precinct and it’s a winner. Sitting amongst some of the best yum cha, hotpot and sushi in Sydney, KOGI is bringing a touch of luxe to the precinct, with over 15 cuts of premium pork and wagyu beef which diners can cook at their tables’ own charcoal hot plate.
The focus is on artisanal Korean eats, brought to you by executive chef Hang Jun Chung, who’s coming to you all the way from Seoul. He’ll bring is 35 years of experience into the KOGI kitchen, serving up the best quality raw and marinated meats, seafood and veggies.
Their signature Galbi marinated beef spare ribs will make an appearance on the menu, alongside a list of locally-sourced and international bevvies.. Enough said, you need to get down to KOGI as soon as possible.
