Recently opened by Bills alumni, Lane Finlayson, Kyu:b is a unique proposition in the crowded Potts Point dining market.
Specialising in grilled seafood with Japanese flavours, Kyu:b (pronounced cube) uses mostly organic and free-range produce and is inspired by the Japanese style of home eating, B-Kyu Gurume. The small, homely Sydney restaurant is great for an after-work meal for locals who stay out of their own kitchens.
