Lavico is an Italian restaurant hiding in one of the most unlikely spots—Canterbury Leagues Club.  They have nailed the casual vibes with an outdoor dining amongst the lush bougainvillea and come night time, it’s all about the fairy lights. Perfect for families and groups, the menu has a share plate focus where traditional Italian dishes are king..

Lavico believes in simple, generous food that’s full of flavour and that’s exactly what they deliver. Their menu is filled with 18 traditional wood-fired pizzas and pasta for days—our top pizza pick is the proscuitto arugula with fior de latte cheese, mozzarella, shaved parmesan, garlic oil, rocket, and balsamic glaze for obvious reasons. Over in the pasta department, the gnocchi is calling our name, served with prawns and avocado in a rosé sauce. Yes, rosé sauce.
