Lemon Rose is a Sydney food trust that’ll transport your lucky little taste buds to a delicious Arabian night. Forget sacrificing your hard-earned cash in another restaurant and keep it casual at here, where Middle Eastern flavours meets American street eats.

Their menu is everything you would expect (and want) in a food truck, and our top picks are the  beef brisket, which is first hickory smoked, then roasted low and slow for 20-hours (yes, 20), before it’s carved and served straight into your hot little hands. Or you can spice it up with the juicy organic chicken, which is wrapped in Middle Eastern bread while roasting in olive oil, red onions, salt, zesty lemon juice and traditional sumac and rosewater. It’s basically a huge punch of flavour (in a good way). 

Make your cheat meal worth it by finishing with their sticky Jordanian a’wama (doughnuts), which are cooked on the spot and have the perfect balance of crispy outside and fluffy inside—just as all great doughnuts should. The weather may be cooling down but the streets are heatin’ up.
