The verdict

We know you guys, which means that we also know your love of a new rooftop bar. Well team, Level Seven is a brand spankin’ New York inspired rooftop bar at Primus Hotel Sydney and we all know that’s the best kind of rooftop bar. 

Once upon a time (like, yesterday) this little slice of heaven (because wine) was only available to guests but doors have officially opened to the public and you can consider Saturday night sorted. Their signature drink proves that they get you because it’s a rosé spritz and life is now complete, but hold onto your hats people because it also comes in popsicle form which will come in handy when your lazing poolside this summer (yes, there’s a pool too). 

Our excitement is building as we write this, so you’re probably besides yourself at this point.  The mixologists behind the bar are going a bit crazy with their Veuve Clicquot cocktails, mixing in fresh pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery and (wait for it) capsicum. 

Lush greenery, sparkling fairy lights and comfortable AF cabanas make this spot the perfect place for lazy Sundays (here’s looking at you cocktails by the pool), or after work drinks. The secret’s out—as of 1 September, Level Seven is a go.
